"Gilding"  Gilding is not, as many seem to think,an application of gold, copper or silver paint; it is a layer of real metal, beaten wafer-thin and applied to a surface.  It is capable of being polished to a wonderful shine and or tarnished to give it an aged look.    All tiles are handmade to order.

"How To Install" Just like you would ordinary tile. I would not recommend using on floors. And grout with a none sanded grout.

"Care of tiles" I would treat your tile like a car finish. You just use warm water maybe a little mild detergent. No acids, gritty cleansers. If they do scratch ,you can try to polish with some wax. Yes car wax would do just fine.

"Prices" Prices vary from about $16 to $40 a square foot. Most pieces are sold on a per piece basis.  Discounts available for larger quantities. Shipping is at actual cost. Local delivery is available.
